• Please access each application site during the lottery acceptance period and follow the instructions on the site.
• After completing the application, be sure to confirm your application.
• This advance application is by lottery. Winners, number of tickets, seat numbers, etc. will be determined by a strict lottery among all applicants. The winners will not be selected in the order of application, so please apply calmly and without haste.

<Regarding the original design card>

• Only those who have applied for and purchased an electronic ticket with an original design card will receive an original design envelope by delivery around 2 weeks prior to each performance.
• The original design card is not a ticket. Please note that you will only be able to enter the venue with the electronic ticket that you receive via your smartphone, and you will not be able to enter the venue even if you bring the original design card to the venue on the day of the event.
• The names of the applicant and accompanying guests will not be printed on the original design card.
• A separate delivery fee of 990 yen (tax included) will be charged.
• The original design card will be delivered by registered mail by Japan Post Co. The signature or seal of the applicant or family member is required upon receipt.
• The card will be sent to the address registered at the time of application. We are not responsible for any delivery problems caused by an error in the registered address. Please understand this beforehand.
• Please note that the "delivery address" cannot be changed after the application has been submitted.
• If you are not at home at the time of delivery, an "Undeliverable Item Notice" will be left in your mailbox, etc., and kept by the post office for one week. For this tour, we have implemented electronic tickets to prevent resale and ensure that tickets resold through unofficial channels are not valid for entry.

On the day of the performance, we may conduct a check of the purchaser's identity using a photo ID. If we are unable to verify your identity as matching the purchaser information entered during the application, you will not be allowed entry. Please check the list of valid IDs on the application reception page. Please note that we cannot accommodate special requests.

Regardless of whether it's a purchaser's ticket or a companion's ticket, if it is discovered that the ticket was resold or purchased through any means other than authorized sales agents (such as ticket shops, purchasing agents, scalpers, auctions, etc.), the organizers may invalidate the ticket and refuse entry or refund, at their discretion. Additionally, if you have already entered, you may be forcibly removed from the venue.

Furthermore, we plan to implement an official resale for all performances at a later date. This resale system allows customers who have purchased tickets but can no longer attend to resell their tickets to interested parties at face value. Please use the official resale for listing and purchasing tickets. We will announce the implementation dates as soon as they are decided. (The official resale will collect purchaser information at the time of application, so it will be compatible with the ID check on the day of the performance.)

When applying for tickets, please apply only for the performances and number of tickets that you are certain you can attend.
